Ingredients
- Brown Ganoderma lucidum: 50 gr

- Green bell pepper: 1/2
- Yellow bell pepper: 1/2
- Red bell pepper: 1/2
- Onion: 1/2
- Rice Vinegar, Chili Sauce, Tomato Sauce
- Common seasoning (Salt/sugar/vegetarian seasoning/monosodium glutamate)
Directions
1. Prepare ingredients
You should buy green, yellow, and red bell peppers, wash them, remove the seeds, and cut them into pieces, about the size of half a finger. Peel and chop the onions, and soak the mushrooms in cold water for 30 minutes, then wash and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
For the white reishi mushroom, brown reishi mushroom, fresh shiitake mushroom, straw mushroom, and abalone mushroom, cut off the mushroom stem and wash them thoroughly. To prepare the pineapple, ask the seller to remove the eyes, then wash and slice it for consumption.
2. Making the sauce
In a bowl, put 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of MSG, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and mix thoroughly.
